The plugin collects nothing. K01, the software, makes no internet connection of any kind — no telemetry, no analytics, no usage tracking, no phoning home. Activation is offline. Nothing about your patches, your playing, or your machine ever leaves your computer.

This page is only about the jaws.fish shop — what happens when you buy K01. It's short because there isn't much to it.

01What I collect when you buy

Your email address — you type it in to receive your licence key.
Your order record — what you bought, the amount, and when, kept as an ordinary business/transaction record.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen, handled, or stored by me — see Stripe's privacy policy. Licence emails are sent through an email provider on my behalf.

02What I do with your email

Deliver your licence and receipt, and provide support — including resending your key if you reinstall or switch machines.
Occasional news. I reserve the right to email you now and then about JAWS music and my plugins — new releases, updates. You can opt out at any time (see below), and I won't sell or hand your address to anyone else.

03Keeping it, and getting rid of it

I keep order records as long as I need them for tax, accounting, and licence recovery. If you'd like me to remove you from the mailing list, or to delete your details where I'm not required to keep them, just ask — reply to any email from me, or use the contact form at jaws.fish. I'll sort it out.
